The Home Works Community provides housing and support for young adults

If you are interested in living here or know someone who could benefit from our housing community, please click the button below for more information about how to become a resident. We encourage you to take some time to review the pre-qualification questionnaire so you can make an informed decision on whether we are the right fit for you.
Once you submit your responses to the questionnaire our residential selection team will review your submission. If you are eligible to move forward, we will send you a link to complete the application. This link will remain available until a unit you express interest in is rented or until you sign a lease for your desired unit. Leases can be signed in person at our office or via electronic signature.
